Beach volleyball is played barefoot. Shorts and a t-shirt work perfectly. Many people also wear a thin long-sleeved shirt—the sport is low-impact, but it’s not uncommon for your arms to get a bit sore in the beginning. A thin long-sleeved top can be quite comfortable. Bring a towel to shower after training.
