Payment & Obligation to Pay
You will receive your invoice by email after the training groups have started.
We do this to reduce admin time and focus our energy on what matters most: making sure as many people as possible get the chance to train in a suitable group.
Please note:
The fact that we don’t charge you in advance does not remove your obligation to pay. Once your place in a group by us the full fee applies.

❌ Cancellation of Training Group Registration
How to cancel
Cancellations must be made exclusively via the form below.
We do not accept cancellations via email, phone, text message, or any other method.
Cancellation policy
✔️ Before August 10:
Free of charge.
✔️ After group schedules are published – if we failed to meet a requirement stated in your registration:
Free of charge, as long as you cancel promptly.
(Please note: requirements are not the same as preferences.)
❗ Between August 10 and the day the groups are published:
– Administrative fee: 500 SEK
– Requires a medical certificate*
❗ On the day the groups are published or the day after:
– Administrative fee: 1000 SEK
– Requires a medical certificate*
⛔ After this period:
You will be charged the full training fee, regardless of participation.
If you provide a valid medical certificate* before the fifth session, up to 50% of the fee may be credited towards future training.
After the fifth session, your spot can no longer be replaced, and no credit is possible.
What should the medical certificate include?
– A clear statement that you are unable to participate in training
– The time period for which this applies
– The certificate must be uploaded via the form and submitted promptly
ℹ️ Why these rules exist
Creating training groups is a complex puzzle. We consider your skill level, availability, and preferences – and we aim to make every group work as well as possible for all players.
We often get asked:
“But you have a waiting list – why can’t someone else just take my spot?”
Sometimes we do have reserves, but it’s not guaranteed that someone on the list matches your group’s level and schedule. Many reserves also make other commitments once groups are published.
If you’re unsure whether you can commit to the full term, we kindly ask that you wait before registering. This helps us keep groups stable and ensures others can plan their season with confidence.
We absolutely understand that injuries or illness can occur – that’s why our cancellation policy allows for flexibility when supported by a medical certificate.
If you’d like additional cancellation protection, we recommend checking your personal insurance coverage.
