At the end of August we will start operations in our newly built facility in Huddinge! We will start all organized training on September 11th!

We want to create the best possible conditions so that as many people as possible can try out and practice the world’s most fun sport, beach volleyball!

Right now we are looking for someone who has a great drive and is excited to work with us to lift our business to the next level!

The business is basically sports but is entirely privately financed. Our model for getting the economy going is partly to work for as high occupancy as possible on our tracks, and partly to offer first-class events for corporate groups or other groups as well, of course. Our staff is a very important part of our customers’ experience, so if you are going to enjoy yourself with us and we with you, your attitude to the job is crucial.

Chef with a flair for the beach!

Do you dream of working in a summery environment all year round? With us you get great freedom to develop your menu, concept, routines and workflows!

We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated and service-oriented Chef and has relevant education/experience. You probably have a background as a chef and preferably from the restaurant/bar industry. You know what requirements are placed on a kitchen to achieve profitability while the kitchen meets all the requirements that both authorities and our customers set in terms of self-control, hygiene, traceability and what it means to be responsible before the alcohol law. The job is hands-on from the start where your role will be to develop everything that has to do with food and drink together with your employees.

We love beach volleyball and food. With us you will have a central role in our team where we have high standards when it comes to creativity and job satisfaction without sacrificing responsibility and professionalism. In order for you to enjoy yourself with us and for us to enjoy ourselves with you, it is important that you feel responsible and proud of your job. Both when you work alone and in a team.

As a person you are happy and positive with a high sense of service. As a leader you are responsible and clear. You are structured and meticulous in your work and come up with your own initiatives and implement improvements for the better, yes, you do that happily every day.

Our business
Most of the year we serve food in our restaurant The Beach. During the summer we run a summer restaurant in Tylösand via our subsidiary BeachTravels . The volume of food that comes out of our kitchens can vary greatly. The contrast between managing a kitchen with around 20 diners yourself, serving 400 lunches during the first half of the day, and serving 500 hamburgers during the latter part of the day on a sunny day during the beach volleyball championship is enormous. You thrive in both the small context and the large one where your role is to create structure and routines for lots of employees.

It’s not every day that we have theme parties, but we often have events for both corporate groups and members. Whether the outfit is Super Mario or shorts and a t-shirt, we always aim to create a nice atmosphere and the staff’s commitment and attitude are a very important ingredient.
